Associació Clúster TIC Catalunya Sud

The Cluster TIC Catalunya Sud is the most important technological cluster in the south of Catalonia. It was founded in 2014 by the leading technology companies in the region and currently has a strong base of partner companies, many of which are large players both within the territory and nationally. The diversity of companies associated with the cluster is encompassed within a technological ecosystem where both technology-producing and technology-consuming companies coexist. Natural synergies that have allowed the cluster to evolve positively in recent years, and are currently recognized by both the main companies in the region and the main public representatives. Together, the cluster’s partner companies currently represent a direct turnover of more than 1.4 billion euros in aggregate turnover, directly employing over 16,000 workers. 
The main objective of the cluster is to empower local companies and their partners by establishing new synergies for collaboration and projects, thus attracting and retaining the human talent that exists in the region.
